As a dedicated Innovation Manager with a passion for knowledge and learning, I am thrilled at the prospect of helping people and companies and develop valuable skills for their future careers, business and lives.

My Mission is to support  Valuable innovation  through creativity and methodology

I have a Ms in Law and MBA, and I have  been working for more than 20 years at University as Education and Innovation  Manager, becoming an enthusiastic Design Thinking Trainer.

I am  a start up mentor and coach in different European events, a  Project reviewer for EU institutions  and a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® certified facilitator.

I recently started working on social inclusion for students with disabilities, applying design thinking and co-planning methodologies

This experience provides me with  an excellent mix of academic and theoretical skills combined with a solid practical attitude, both in the Public and Private Sector.

My Professional interests include human centered design, technology transfer, start up creation, business development, gamification, citizens and patients engagement, training and learning strategies
