I will delve into how we championed the prioritization of users’ needs, set realistic targets, fostered diverse collaboration, and trusted the method. Through the lens of an Enterprise Design Sprint, I'll share how we tackled challenges with user research, leading to a more collaborative and future-focused approach to product development. This experience not only secured a backlog for many months ahead but also illuminated a path for designing products that resonate with the needs of tomorrow.
