We're searching for Board Members & Directors on specific CID topics.

Roles that require you to be the voice for specific topic, and champion for the industry and professionals to whom the topic is important. Creative | Innovation | Design can be quite broad and in order to really make an impact we are searching for persons who are passionate and driven and can guide us more in depth to really demonstrate the value and impact of the specific topic in business and society. Please reach out to us to see how we can best align.


Here are some examples of roles that we would like to see:

  • Representative graphic design

  • Representative digital design

  • Representative print design

  • Representative interior design

  • Representative product design

  • Representative service design

  • Representative creative design (Jewelry, fashion, 2/3d, character, games, furniture etc)

  • Representative business design

  • Representative tech innovation,

  • Representative product innovation

  • Representative service innovation

  • Representative design innovation

  • Representative architecture design / innovation

  • Representative marketing innovation

  • Representative social innovation

  • Representative sound creatives

  • Representative art creatives

  • Representative performance creatives

  • Representative film creatives

  • Representative content creatives

  • Representative editorial creatives


This list can be extended with your own suggestions.


It will be important to also be a representative and face or voice for the objectives of DiF and its stakeholders.


It's not necessary and you can stay behind the scenes, but having a publically active voice as Executive Board Member like doing talks or presentations helps grow the organisation and tends to draw in more sponsors, which means of course getting financially rewarded for your efforts. It also helps to grow professionally.


Starting the role is entirely volunteer based, but once there are financial gains, they will receive remuneration.

We have some tasks and assignments for those who would like to help on a small scale like editing one video or designing one element, but we also take bigger steps with those who wish to do more. If you are seeking to upskill and gain experience for a specific role, we can create a trajectory with a time frame and key deliverables.

Although our roles are currently volunteer based, we will remunerate efforts whenever we have a budget for it.
